Refund Policy

1. What We Sell

Travorea sells digital audio products (audio stories, audio tours and bundles) with 30-day access, paid via Razorpay. Articles, trivia and standard guides are free.

2. 7-Day Refund Window

If a purchase doesn't work — the audio won't play, access wasn't granted, or you were charged twice — contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. If you simply changed your mind and have not accessed the content, we will also refund within this window.

3. When We Can't Refund

• More than 7 days after purchase.
• The content has been substantially consumed (played/downloaded) and is working as described.

4. How to Request

Email contact@travorea.com (or use the contact form) with your order ID and the email you purchased with. We respond within 2 business days.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically arrive within 5–7 business days.
